Programs
This class is tailored to beginners. It’ll teach you how to make nutritious and wholesome sourdough artisan bread in your own home. The class will last approximately two hours and will cover how to properly care for a sourdough starter, bake a traditional artisan loaf and learn all of the sourdough terms. Each person will be sent home with an already established starter from my own starter in a mason jar, a loaf to bake at home and a reference guide made by me detailing everything we will cover in class. The goal is to confidently give you all the tools to succeed to make sourdough bread in your own personal kitchen.
