Currently only accepting "Save the Date" Requests.
Rental fees being considered, but not approved, are as follows:

ST JOHN RESIDENT
Mon - Thurs: $150 (2 hour min) + $75 (per add'l hour)
Fri - Sun: $500 (4 hour min) + $125 (per add'l hour)

LAKE COUNTY, INDIANA RESIDENT
Mon - Thurs: $230 (2 hr min) + $115 (per add'l hour)
Fri - Sun: $750 (4 hr min) + $187.50 (per add'l hour)

NON LAKE COUNTY, INDIANA RESIDENT
Mon - Thurs: $310 (2 hour min) + $155 (per add'l hour)
Fri - Sun: $1,000 (4 hour min) + $250 (per add'l hour)

DEPOSIT:
MON - THURS: $100
FRI - SUN: $200

Proposed fees listed here are subject to change. We will contact you once we are able to accept reservations. If at that time, you are still interested in reserving the community center, payment would then be due.
