Accepting "Save the Date" Requests. You will be contacted by the Parks Department after your request is received. Your reservation is not secured until the Contract is Signed and the Security Deposit has been paid.
Rental fees, effective June 29, 2026 are as follows:
ST JOHN RESIDENT
Monday-Thursday $75.00/hour (with a 2-hour minimum)
Friday-Sunday $137.50/hour (with a 4-hour minimum)
LAKE COUNTY, INDIANA RESIDENT
Monday-Thursday $115.00/hour (with a 2-hour minimum)
Friday-Sunday $200.00/hour (with a 4-hour minimum)
STATE OF INDIANA RESIDENT
Monday-Thursday $155.00/hour (with a 2-hour minimum)
Friday-Sunday $262.50/hour (with a 4-hour minimum)
DEPOSIT:
MON - THURS: $100
FRI - SUN: $200
Additional Rental Items and Services are available at additional fees. These will be presented and offered during the booking process.
