Build strength, improve flexibility, and feel more confident in your movement with our Beginner’s Pilates class. This low-impact workout focuses on core stability, proper alignment, and controlled movements to help tone muscles, improve posture, and increase overall body awareness.
Designed specifically for those new to Pilates or looking to refresh the fundamentals, this class moves at a comfortable pace while still delivering an effective, full-body workout. Perfect for all fitness levels, Beginner’s Pilates will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed.

When: Tuesdays, April 14th- May 26th (No Class 5/5) • 10:30–11:30 AM
Where: Parks Building- 9350 Hack St. Bldg 2
Fee: $40 per person
What to bring: Yoga mat and water bottle.
