Chair Yoga- 6 Week Session 3

Improve flexibility, balance, and calm—without getting on the floor. Chair Yoga uses a sturdy chair for support, making classic yoga poses accessible to all bodies and experience levels. We’ll move through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and light strengthening to reduce stiffness and boost energy. Perfect for beginners, active older adults, and anyone returning to movement after a break.
When: Tuesdays, April 14th- May 26th (No Class 5/5)• 9:00–10 AM
Where: Parks Building- 9350 Hack St. Bldg 2
Fee: $40 per person
What to bring: A water bottle (we’ll provide chairs)
